Victor Cuevas

Victor Cuevas is an industry professional with over 30 years of mortgage finance experience with extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial properties. Mr. Cuevas is also a serial entrepreneur with a multitude of accomplished companies and ventures with profound success. Among them, Victor built a mortgage empire spanning 36 offices in several western and central states. Utilizing his knowledge and expertise, Victor thoroughly understands market trends and can identify unique opportunities within the market place. With Victor serving as a Managing Director and Founder, Griffin Crowd & Capital has the driving force to push forward and continue to grow. Additionally, among years of experience, Victor has amassed a network of industry leaders that help make negotiations a breeze. Griffin Crowd Capital is the next chapter in an already illustrious career.

Cristopher Cuevas

Cris began his career in Financial Services at Morgan Stanley where he had the opportunity to serve as Los Angeles’ Lead Financial Planner, building over 3,000 custom portfolios for clients all over the Southern California region. Additionally, Cris also lead his own Wealth Management team at Raymond James. With experience leading Wealth Management teams in excess of $1 Billion in Assets Under Management, Cris understands capital markets and client service. Coupled with a degree in Finance from the University of San Francisco and earning an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, Cris will lead Business Development and Client Aquisition.

Ashton Lizarraga

Over Ashton’s 7-year career at Griffin Crowd & Capital, Ashton works closely with local brokers, owners, property managers and cooperatives to oversee commercial mortgages for a wide range of property types, including multi-family, mixed-use, office and retail. Serving as Project Manager, Ashton has earned the trust of local real estate professionals through his friendly, responsive service and unwavering commitment to his clients' goals. Ashton believes in the saying, "Opportunities are never lost; someone will take the ones you miss." He works hard to help his clients get there first.

Joshua Cuevas

The age-old mantra to “always do the right thing” is a guiding principal for Joshua, and one that has served him well through his 5 years as Project Manager at Griffin Crowd & Capital. Joshua has always realized that the relationships he enters are reliant on him earning the confidence and trust of others, and he is in it for the long haul. Joshua provides businesses with financial solutions to improve cash conversion and financing to assist in the acquisition of commercial real estate and investment properties. His goal is to help businesses choose from a wide range of banking solutions in order to manage and grow their business.

Leonard Dinolfo

Leonard Dinolfo is a veteran of the industry. With over 40 years of real estate and appraisal experience, he comes armed with four decades of knowledge that will be at our disposal to help make the most informed decisions for each and every project we list on Griffin Crowd Capital. Every cycle of this great industry has been weathered and won by Leonard Dinolfo. With him in our corner we will be able to thrive in this industry and share his abundant experience with each valued partner.

Darin Mangum

Darin is in his 20th year as Managing Partner of Mangum & Associates PC, a specialized boutique securities law firm with clients nationwide and around the globe. Mangum & Associates PC focuses on private placement offerings conducted under Regulation D as well as public offerings under Regulation A+ and other U.S. federal and state and international securities laws. Past and present clients include private investment companies, real estate syndicators, real estate acquisition and development projects, private lending funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, blockchain-related and cryptocurrency token issuers, FINRA broker/dealers and SEC-registered investment advisory firms, technology startups, EB5 sponsors and regional investment centers, Opportunity Zone Funds, oil, gas, alternative energy and mining ventures, etc. Darin serves on the board of directors of ZuLoo Humanitarian Outreach, a non-profit 501c3 charity that focuses on finding innovative solutions to the global sanitation crisis, and is the CEO for ZuLoo, Inc., its for-profit, benefit corporation affiliate. Darin received his law degree from Brigham Young University in 1999 and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Utah State Bar. He also is a member of the Benefit Company Bar Association (BCBA).
